Hi! I'm Jay and the first thing you should know is I always have fun. Life is far too short to be serious all the time! Obviously I love capturing memories and telling stories through pictures, making people smile, but also? I LOVE bacon and Boursin sandwiches. Bacon and brie just doesn't come close.

I was on Blue Peter once, part of a choir, when I was 11. It was awesome. John Leslie, for the record, is REALLY TALL. Also, Bonnie the dog was lovely. I still have my Blue Peter badge somewhere; I've had it for 20 years and never used it! Apart from bragging rights. Of course.

A really cool thing I did last year was to jump off a cliff in Jamaica. It was (I think) a 60ft drop into the sea; try searching Rick's Cafe on YouTube and you'll see what I mean. Ask me, and I'll dig out my own video of it. Oh yes, I love to have fun and share the laughs!

It's rare for me to be out and about, and not laugh and joke about something. I can't help it! Life is too short for being so serious all the time. Hah!
